Fresh Tuna with Herbs and Balsamic Vinegar

4 tuna steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped basil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1. Heat oil in a large frying/sauté pan. Add tuna steaks in single layer and cook on both sides over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
2. Transfer tuna steaks to serving plate and sprinkle with parsley and basil; drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
